Consign with us! It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3.

Step 1 – Register to Sell (Required)

Register below to consign for our upcoming sale.  An $8 registration fee will be deducted from your sale earnings.

NOTE: If you consign and volunteer for 3 hours during the week of the sale, the registration fee is waived and you are also able to enter the Preview Sale on Thursday SUPER EARLY —at 5 pm.  Even if you can not volunteer, consignors are able to enter the Preview Sale on Thursday EARLY —at 5:30 pm.

Consignors are responsible for having all items in clean, good condition and prepared for the sale by tagging and hanging items according to instructions provided on this site. Detailed Information available here.

Returning Consignors:  
You will log-in with your previous consignor number.
Your password default, until you change it, will be the last 4
digits of the primary phone number you have previously provided.

If you have forgotten your consignor number, or have any other difficulties

STEP 2 – Schedule Your Drop Off (Required)

We do require that you schedule a drop-off appointment with us.  (You have to register before this link will work.)  Sellers will bring their items to the Ringgold United Methodist Church entrance off Sparks Street.

Drop-off appointments are available in the following windows:
Monday Evening   5:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Tuesday Evening   5:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Wednesday Evening   5:00 pm – 8:00 pm
If you are not available in the evening, contact us to see if another drop off time is available to be scheduled.

Even with assigned times, you may have to wait for a moment before we are able to inspect your items.  Do not bring items and leave without checking them in with a committee member.  Make sure you allow yourself time to place your items in appropriate areas on the sale floor after they are inspected.  If our volunteers are able, they will help, but it is the Consignor’s responsibility to put their own items on the floor in the correct spots.

 STEP 3 – Volunteer! (Optional)

Would you like to volunteer 3 hours during the week of the sale and get in SUPER EARLY to the Preview Sale on Thursday night before we open to other consignors and the public?  All consignors are invited to shop EARLY at 5:30 pm, but if you consign and volunteer you get to come in SUPER EARLY at 5 pm! Your $8 registration fee is also waived when you volunteer. Childcare will be provided for volunteers on site at the church (if requested). We need volunteers to organize and run the sale. Once you are logged in, click on the Activities menu
and select ‘Volunteer to Work’.
Time slots do fill up, so sign up as soon as you register.
